A trailblazing futuristic UX Framework was built that streamlined and automated a hospitality management system.
The objective was to create a seamless & efficient platform for hospitality service providers and their guests to interact.
CHALLENGES –
The established systems needed to be reengineered and made sure that operation hurdles were minimized.
STRATEGY –
The UX Framework was conceptualized while reimagining the various processes related to the hospitality industry and introducing technology interventions. The interactions and feedback in the system were designed to reduce friction so that it can be easily adapted by the industry as well as its customers.
