BRIEF –
Arrow Inc, is an American Fortune 500 company headquartered in Centennial, Colorado. The company specializes in distribution and value added services relating to electronic components and computer products. Arrow wanted us to Redesign a warehouse management system to standardize across its geographically distributed retail spaces and across multiple devices.
CHALLENGES –
Not only the team had to deep dive into understanding the existing system, its existing usage pattern by various stakeholder but also to make sure that the system is future proof.
IMPACT –
The design promoted easy deployment through reducing the learning curve. It created a design framework which customised itself according to various devices from desktop to wearable. The engagement provided Arrow with a roadmap that provided an opportunity for future changes and a framework for product development.
